It’s fun and FREE!
You know it, you love it – Opera by the Pint is back for another year! We can’t wait to connect with you again on the LBJ patio, where a fresh batch of singers will offer their favourite arias, musical theatre tunes, art songs and more – all with AD Judy Oatway to guide you through. As always, OBTP is completely free to attend, with a “pass the pitcher” offering to help support our singers!
This edition will feature a special guest appearance by Operavisors, Winnipeg’s newest (and perhaps only?!) operatic improv group. Be prepared to laugh, to get involved, and to hear some great singing from Christopher Dunn, Joanna Loepp-Thiessen, Mélanie Dupuis and Brady Barrientos — all OBTP veterans and Winnipeg faves.
PLUS, mark your calendars for more shows in this series throughout the summer:
July 16
August 13
September 17
All events are from 7:00 – 8:30pm at Little Brown Jug, 336 William Ave.
Ready to take the stage? Sign-up to perform here.
Accessible location. On the patio, weather permitting.
